Our process is streamlined to take the burden off of you and your staff and ensure that your patients get the prescriptions they need. We work directly with you and your patients’ insurance companies on prior authorizations, and we work to find funding sources to help lower co-pay costs. Your patients will also receive ongoing clinical support from the Publix Specialty Pharmacy team through follow-up calls and refill reminders to provide any assistance needed.

Prior Authorizations: We contract with most insurance plans and will facilitate all aspects with you and the provider to obtain approval for specialty prescriptions.
Co-pay Assistance: We will maintain an ongoing dialogue with manufacturers and foundation organizations in order to help lower patient co-pays.
Onboarding: Our Publix Specialty Pharmacy support team will conduct patient onboarding calls and new-to-therapy counseling to ensure that patients get off to a good start on their medication.
Clinical Support: Our Publix Specialty Pharmacy support team will provide ongoing telephone-based support to ensure patients’ ongoing success with their therapy.
Convenient Refills: We offer prescription alignment with our Auto-Refill and Sync Your Refills® programs.
